Dr. Kaitlyn Schill was raised in Bahama, North Carolina on a farm with 4 horses, two dogs and two cats. Her love and compassion for animals started early in life and made the natural transition into becoming a veterinarian. After getting two bachelors degrees from N.C. State, Dr. Kaitlyn went to Ross University School of Medicine for her doctorate. After finishing her schooling, Dr. Kaitlyn worked as an equine veterinarian on horses all over central North Carolina. Looking for a change of pace, she then made the decision to focus her medicine on companion animals and has been loving it ever since! Her interests in veterinary medicine include client education, ultrasound, and radiology. Dr. Kaitlyn prides herself on giving excellent client service and care to pets. She understands that pets are part of the family! In her free time, Dr. Kaitlyn loves cultivating an active lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, hitting the gym, and practicing yoga.
