Dr. Dozier grew up in central Maryland, where she spent lots of time doing theater as a youth.  Her favorite show she was a part of was The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.  She attended University of Delaware for undergraduate school, and then moved to North Carolina in 2017.  She graduated from NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025, with a special interest in behavioral medicine.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and going to local markets.
